We believe in our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 45 days and we will give you a replacement product or your money back (less shipping costs*).

We will gladly provide a refund for any unopened product purchased from Your True Fulvic. All sealed unopened products in the original purchase condition may be returned to us for a full refund (less shipping costs*) within 60-days after the date the order was placed.

*The cost to ship the product/s back to us is borne by the customer. We do not reimburse in-bound or out-bound shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will replace any item damaged during shipment once verified. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of damaged items if we are not contacted within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. We will provide you a Return Authorization Number with a postage-paid return label from our courier company unless we expressly give you a Return Authorization Number and tell you to ship it without a label in which case we will refund the shipping cost. We will not reimburse shipping costs if sent without our return label or permission. *Any complaint regarding your order (missing product, incorrect product, damaged etc.) must be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.
